These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CentralSportsBet comparison service (the "comparison"), published in France. By accessing the comparison, you accept these Terms without reservation.

Access to the comparison is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over, in accordance with French regulation on money betting. By continuing to browse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Nature of the service
CentralSportsBet is an independent information and comparison media outlet. We do not organise, accept or manage any bets: we publish reviews, comparisons and editorial content about sports betting operators licensed by the National Gaming Authority (ANJ). Registering and using an account with an operator is exclusively a contractual relationship between you and that operator.
3. Content and accuracy of information
We strive to keep information up to date and accurate, particularly regarding ANJ licence status. However, operators' commercial terms change regularly: we encourage you to always verify information directly with the relevant operator and with the ANJ (anj.fr) before making any decision.
4. Links to third-party operators
The comparison contains links to third-party services operated by independent operators. CentralSportsBet has no control over these third-party services and disclaims all liability for their content, availability or the consequences of using them. 5. Intellectual property
All content on the comparison (text, layout, graphic elements) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. The trademarks, logos and operator names mentioned remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used for purely informational purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
CentralSportsBet cannot be held liable for financial losses, disputes or damages resulting from the use of a third-party operator referenced on the comparison. Betting decisions are your sole responsibility.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
